What you'll get

Kairos PeMo's Coffee Shop (KAIROS PEMOS COFFEE SHOP LLC, 28 E Church St, Ellaville, GA 31806) sends work-related text messages to employees from (833) 623-9091: shift schedules, availability questions, stock and inventory count requests, and other work updates. No promotional or marketing messages are sent.

How to sign up

Employees opt in one of two ways:

1. Text JOIN to (833) 623-9091 from your mobile phone, or
2. Sign the Staff Text Consent form during hiring or onboarding (wording below).

After you sign up

You'll get this confirmation text: "Kairos PeMo's: You're subscribed to staff texts about schedules, shifts and stock. Msg frequency varies (up to ~10/wk). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

Opt out or get help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email peter@kairospemoscoffeeshop.com.

Privacy

Your mobile number is used only to send you work texts. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read our full Staff Text Messaging Privacy Policy below.

Staff Text Messaging Privacy Policy

This policy covers mobile numbers and text messages (SMS) used only for Kairos PeMo's Coffee Shop employee work texts sent from (833) 623-9091 by KAIROS PEMOS COFFEE SHOP LLC, Ellaville, GA. It replaces our general store privacy policy for this text program.

What we collect

If you opt in, we collect your name, mobile number, and your consent (when and how you opted in), plus delivery logs needed to run the service.

How we use it

Only to send work texts to current employees: schedules, availability questions, stock counts, and similar work updates. No marketing or promotional texts are sent.

We do not sell or share for marketing

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile numbers only with the messaging provider that delivers these texts (Telnyx), solely to send and receive the messages. That provider may not use them for its own marketing.

How to join: Text JOIN or START to (833) 623-9091, or check the consent box on the Staff Text Consent form at onboarding. Consent is not a condition of employment.

Message frequency: Varies, up to about 10 messages per week.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts. You'll get one confirmation text and no further messages unless you text JOIN again.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes: We may update these terms and will post changes on this page.

Job applicants: the "Join our team" application form below is only for applying for a job. Submitting it does not sign you up for text messages. Staff texts are sent only to current employees who opt in as described above.
