Coffee Cart Booking
From our little shop on Church Street in Ellaville, we've spent the last few years pulling shots, roasting beans, and getting to know our neighbors one cup at a time. Now we'd love to bring that same coffee to your next event. The Kairos PeMo's coffee cart is a full espresso bar on wheels, with friendly baristas, coffee we roast ourselves, and syrups we make in-house.
Whether you're planning a wedding, a company meeting, or a Saturday fundraiser, a coffee cart gives guests something to look forward to. We'll take care of the coffee so you can enjoy the day.

Weddings, rehearsal dinners, and bridal showers. Corporate events and staff appreciation days. Birthdays, baby showers, and graduations. Church gatherings, school events, and fundraisers. Community events, festivals, and markets. Grand openings and open houses.
AREAS WE SERVE
We're based in Ellaville and we'll bring the cart wherever your event is: all of Georgia and beyond, including Americus, Columbus, and Macon. Travel is $1 per mile, round trip from our shop.
OUR ROASTING STORY
We opened our shop in Ellaville in 2023, then launched our own roastery, Craft Coffee Roasters. We roast right here in the shop, hands-on from bean to cup, and that same care comes with the cart to your event.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What do you need at the venue?
A level space about 7 feet by 7 feet and a standard 110V outlet nearby. The cart needs electricity to run.
Can the cart be set up indoors and outdoors?
Yes. For outdoor events, we bring our own tent to keep the cart and baristas covered.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as possible, since popular dates fill up, especially weekends and wedding season. If your date is soon, ask anyway.
How do I get a quote?
Fill out the booking request form with your date, location, event type, guest count, and hours. We'll reach out to confirm the details and send your quote. A deposit holds your date.
Do you travel outside Ellaville?
Yes, as far as you'd like. We serve all of Georgia and beyond. Travel is $1 per mile, round trip from our shop in Ellaville.
