Kairos Recipes App Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 21, 2026
Kairos Recipes is an internal app for employees of Kairos PeMo's Coffee Shop (Ellaville, Georgia), owned by Peter Horton. It shows recipes and daily shift task checklists. It is not offered to the public.
What we collect
- Staff account: your first name (display name), an internal account ID, and your sign-in credential (4-digit PIN or password, stored hashed by our auth provider, Supabase).
- Permissions: whether your account is active, is a manager, and can view sauce recipes.
- Task check-offs: when you check off a shift task, we store which task, the date, your account ID, and a timestamp.
We do not collect location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone access, device identifiers, advertising IDs, or payment information. The app has no analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, or advertising SDKs.
How we use it
Only to sign you in, show the right recipes and tasks, and let managers see which shift tasks were completed and by whom. We do not sell data, show ads, or track you across other apps or websites.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with Supabase (database and sign-in). The app's website is hosted by Expo (EAS Hosting). On your device, your sign-in session is kept in the iOS Keychain / Android Keystore (or browser storage on the web) so you stay signed in. These providers process data only to run the app.
Retention and deletion
Account information is kept while you work at Kairos PeMo's. Task check-off records are kept as shop operating records. When you leave, your login is turned off. To have your account and its records deleted, email Peter at peter@kairospemoscoffeeshop.com and we will act within 30 days.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
